Caring For You
Medical Treatment:- Once you have been admitted
to the Paragon Suite your consultant will visit you to discuss your
treatment, but we encourage our patients to ask any questions they
may have regarding their care either with the consultant or our nursing
staff at any time and they will be pleased to help you.
Inpatient Care:- The Paragon staff are dedicated
to their work and take pride in working as a team of professionals
to provide all our patients with the best possible medical treatment,
nursing care, and hotel services. It is because of this dedication
that the Paragon Suite is the proud holder of The Charter Mark
for "Customer Service Excellence". If however you are
concerned or unhappy with any aspect of the service you have received
then please discuss this with the Matron or Nurse in Charge as soon
as possible to enable us to resolve any issues.
Physiotherapy:- If you require physiotherapy then
our dedicated physiotherapist will work closely with your consultant
and nursing staff to provide the correct level of input to aid your
recovery. If indicated, this will include the use of the physio
gym, and in some cases the hydrotherapy pool.
