Methods of Payment
At the Paragon
Suite we understand that coming into hospital can be a worrying time
for both patients and their families / relatives. By making the
financial arrangements for your admission clear and easy to understand
at the outset.
There are three methods of payment accepted by the Paragon Suite:-
Private Health Insurance:-If you
are covered by private health insurance then the invoice for your treatment
will be sent directly to your insurance company. Any policy excesses
will be your responsibility. If there are any sundry expenses, that
are not covered by your insurance such as visitor meals, telephone
calls and take home drugs, you will be invoiced separately for these.
Self Funding Package:-The Paragon Suite offer packages
for some of the more routine operations and procedures. Such
packages have a fixed price, with a fixed length of stay. Payment
for any fixed price package is required prior to any treatment commencing.
Self Funding:-Patients who wish to self fund their
care are charged the prices from the published Private Patient’s
Tariff. If your admission is planned at least 5 days in advance
of your admission we will try and provide you with an approximate cost
for your treatment. You will be required to lodge a deposit in
advance, or arrange to make payment upon your admission. If your
admission is at short notice then we may not be able to provide you
with an approximate price for your treatment.
Payments can be made in advance with a personal cheque, or on the day
of admission with a bankers draft, cash or a major credit card. If
you have any questions or queries regarding your financial arrangements,
please do not hesitate to contact us. |
