Useful Information

Whilst in hospital there is no reason why you should not be able to keep in contact with your family, friends or even your place of work. To enable you to do this, the following are available:-

Telephone:-There is a direct dial telephone in every room and you are more than welcome to make calls whenever you wish. Unit charges for calls are at hotel rates. Relatives and friends can also make calls to you directly on your room extension or via the main ward number where a member of staff will transfer the call.

Fax:-This service is available for all our patients upon request at any time, (a fee is payable for this service).

Newspapers:-A daily complimentary newspaper of your choice can be ordered and will be delivered to your room every morning.

Religion:-The Paragon Suite is able to offer the services of various denominations who can visit at any time. Please ask a member of staff to arrange this for you.

Other Services:-Hairdressing is available at an additional cost (appointments only).

Visitors:-Visitors to the Paragon Suite are always welcome, but we ask they check with nursing staff prior to entering a patient's room.

Catering:-The Paragon benefits from having their own catering service and we are able to offer a high quality meal service including a light selection, a la carte, vegetarian, halal and kosher meals. We are also able to offer this service at a reasonable charge to your visitors should they wish to eat with you.
